Etica na formação docente em tempos de crise moral

Resumo

Os vigentes Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais (1997, vol. 8)  apregoam que o tema da Ética deve ser abordado como tema transversal nas escolas, exigindo dos professores conhecimentos acerca do juízo moral infantil. O objetivo deste artigo reside tanto em investigar o que tem sido ensinado Concernente à Educação Ética nos Cursos de Licenciatura como apresentar uma discussão teórica acerca da problemática do agir humano. A pesquisa qualitativa realizada apresentou: (1) uma análise dos currículos das licenciaturas de uma Universidade pública carioca; (2) a aplicação de 30 entrevistas semi-estruturadas com licenciandos matriculados nesta IES e (3) uma discussão filosófica/psicanalítica acerca do tema da ética a partir de sugestões propostas pelos próprios licenciandos. Constatou-se que a formação de alunos autônomos/ éticos exige a abordagem de reflexões axiológicas e psicológicas/psicanalíticas durante a formação inicial docente.

Ethics in teacher training courses in times of moral crisis

Abstract: The current National Curriculum Parameters (1997, vol 8) claim that ethics should be approached as a transversal theme in schools, requiring teachers to know more about the moral judgment of the child. The purpose of this article is to investigate what has been taught concerning ethical education in teaching degree programs and to present a theoretical discussion about the problem of human action. The qualitative research carried out included (1) an analysis of the undergraduate curricula of a Rio de Janeiro state-run university, (2) 30 semi-structured interviews with teaching undergraduates enrolled in that HEI, and (3) a philosophical / psychoanalytic discussion about ethics from suggestions proposed by the undergraduates themselves. It was found that the training of autonomous / ethical students requires the approach of axiological and psychological / psychoanalytic reflections during initial teacher training.
