The physical education teacher integrating technological resources to the teaching and learning process

This article approaches the ways and factors that allow the use of digital resources in the development of competences and practices related to the teaching and learning of physical education. Methods: This is a bibliographic review with an exploratory and descriptive approach. Results: The research reveals that, despite the obstacles found in the process of integrating technology by the teacher in daily practices, a partnership between it and gymnastics and its various sports is viable and beneficial for all involved, and makes teachers become more competent, producing improved student learning. Conclusion: The current technological trends of teachers in their practice and factors contribute to the integration of technology in their physical education programs, which include knowledge, competence, personal feelings regarding its use.
