This article approaches a linguistic and imagetic study of the fictional characters Wonder
Woman and Feyre Archeron, based on the theories of fantastic literature and semiotics.
We hope to contribute to a comparative discussion, considering the evolutionary process of
women through history and feeding literary studies on the female role. Our objective was to
analyze and identify similarities and differences between these heroines, seeking to shed light
on the influence of society’s ideological beliefs that permeate their essences.
