THE DESIGN OF SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTS: KEY ASPECTS FOR ITS POSITIVE REGULATION (EUROPEAN UNION LAW)

This work approaches the knowledge about the implications of the new European regulation projected regarding the ecological design of products, the challenges that arise and its possible advantages. In particular, the possibilities offered by the implementation of this instrument with respect to the European proclimatic strategy are examined. The study offers a reflection regarding the state of the matter, observing the main technical, legal and economic aspects. In this regard, in addition, some considerations and contributions are made with reference to the possibilities that open up with this new EU regulation. With everything, the innovative approach proposed when addressing this current legal issue is underlined
