Abstract

the article aims to analyze the questionings on global political order, built
in solidaristics-maximalists basis, from the crisis of globalization. This
order, which represents a new paradigm of international relations, was
based upon key aspects – cooperation, multilateralism, governance, greater
participation, with the emergence of civil global society. All of them have
been challenged by other conceptions, denoted by critics of globalization,
economic protectionism and nationalism. Based in literature research about the subject, perspectives on international order change are discussed, from basis
and characteristics of current model, pointing its limits and possibilities in the
21st Century, concluding there is not clear and objective alternative to the model
built in solidaristics-maximalists basis.
