The Coronavirus pandemic has had negative consequences on a global scale and in all areas. In addition to the specific pathological conditions caused by the virus, one must consider the mental health conditions of the population as a result of this period. Thus, this research with the help of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES), aimed to analyze the relationship between the Organizational Climate and the Psychic Suffering experienced by workers working in a supermarket chain in the period of the Covid-19 pandemic. It is a documentary research, exploratory and case study. It was carried out in a supermarket chain in the south of Minas Gerais, which has approximately 700 contracted professionals, 6 stores located in four cities. As a result, it is concluded that the reason for the subjects to present more certificates related to psychological issues is due to the pandemic context, as the scenario of uncertainties led to psychic suffering. There were a number of 76 (seventy-six) certificates between the analyzed period (January 2019, until September 2021), 40 of which were female and 36 were male. Finally, it was observed that the most common disorder in females was depression; in the male gender, there was a predominance of certificates due to psychological follow-up.
