ASCENSÃO DA DOMINAÇÃO MASCULINA NA CONTEMPORANEIDADE

Abstract

The historical trajectory of the female ascension joins Social Psychology, with regard to the
traditions and collective mentality of certain human groups, their conjunctures, their relations
of domination, through which (or who) their transformations occur. By understanding
the notion of continuity and ruptures of ideologies, the scientific work presents the
complexity of conservative movements in contemporary times and how chauvinism fits qua
an ideological system. In this sense, to understand the symbolic representations in politics,
the exploitation relations masked by the governmental institution and the female subjection
made up by the customs of the civilian population. The timeline was chosen based on the
latest political events of this decade, whose expressions of patriarchy as a class ideology hold
rooted reactionary values while preaching a neoliberal economic discourse. Thus, the objective
of this research is to analyze patriarchy in the conservative project of the 21st century
Brazilian ruling class.
