O TRÁFICO HUMANO PARA FINS DE EXPLORAÇÃO SEXUAL DE MULHERES E CRIANÇAS E SUA RELAÇÃO COM O MACHISMO ESTRUTURAL

Abstract

This article intends to expose human trafficking for the purposes of sexual exploitation in the international and national tune, through a chronological description and driving elements that lead to this practice. There is an extreme lack of regulations regarding this topic, considering the Brazilian positive law and under the international prism. Furthermore, it is intended to demonstrate the relationship between gender theory and trafficking, highlighting the problems perpetuated by the social roles promoted by structural machismo. It is also intended to demonstrate the reality of trafficking in women and children in the face
of the brutal sex industry, as well as the reflection of abusive practices on the physical and psychological health of victims. This research tries to demonstrate, through a bibliographic reference, by a critical-deductive method, the relationships and influences that structural machismo has with human trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation of women.
