A IMPORTÂNCIA DA REGULAÇÃO AMBIENTAL NA INDÚSTRIA DE COSMÉTICOS FRENTE AOS OBJETIVOS DE DESENVOLVIMENTO SUSTENTÁVEL ODS 6 E ODS 14: O CASO DOS PARABENOS

Abstract

This article aims to address the need for environmental regulation in Brazil, in the formulation, cosmetics and personal care products (PCP), with a focus on antimicrobial conservative
parabens, used in the manufacture of these respective products. The presence is presented of biological studies in the water, as the impacts in the environments carried through,
using living organisms. There is no Brazilian legislation prohibiting the use of parabens, and
Brazilian legislation must be observed, such as the legislation applicable in the European
Union. The objective is, through the deductive method, using bibliographical and documentary research, the necessary observance of the principle of education and governance,
with the cooperation of the relevant companies that in the sector of production of PCPs, for
the banishment of conservative substances and adequate management of the against water

water and SDG 14, wastewater in favor . of global sustainability.
