The objective of the study was to survey with managers and teachers the time spent on the internet and which applications are most used by the student and to verify with education professionals the cases of violence (cyberbullying) that occur in the school context. The research method was Qualitative, with a Content Analysis design. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews conducted with 13 professionals from Elementary School Education, Final Years and Elementary School. In the results, it was found that managers and teachers do not have knowledge about the time that students spend on the Internet, they do not know which applications are used in social networks, inside and outside the classroom, but they feel the impact on the lack of interest in classes and low performance, and conflicts manifest themselves in person and virtually, generating bullying and cyberbullying. The preparation of education professionals to deal with and mediate conflicts helps students to cope with cases of bullying and cyberbullying.
