Human rights are the rights of us, human beings, to have our lives respected by anyone. In the field of information technology, such rights need to be observed. Thus, the objective was to reflect on the importance of human rights with students of Information Technology Management (GTI). As a methodological path, Problem-Based Learning (PBL) was adopted, with a problem-situation through a Didactic-Pedagogical Intervention (PID). Inference was used for data analysis. The results indicate that human rights, when violated, hurt ethics and that PBL can be a way to dialogue about these rights with future information technology professionals in Professional and Technological Education (EPT). It was concluded that GTI students can change the reality of possible human rights violations when they reflect on them in the training course.
